* Bump OpenVM to `v2.0.0`
* **Breaking:** `upload_exe` with `UploadExeArgs` replaces `register_new_program` with `BuildArgs` as the path used by `cargo axiom build`. `BuildArgs` no longer carries `config_source`, `allow_dirty`, `keep_tarball`, `exclude_files`, `include_dirs` or `openvm_rust_toolchain`.
